In this role, you will manage a leading Singapore telecommunications client as your primary client, lead sustainability content strategy, oversee content production, and ensure consistent, high‑quality storytelling across digital and internal communications channels. RESPONSIBILITIES Create and implement a sustainability-focused content strategy aligned with the client’s brand, ESG commitments, and telecom innovation roadmap. Define tone, pillars, and content guidelines for sustainability communications, ensuring alignment across the web, social media, thought leadership, and internal communications. Partner with marketing and communications teams to ideate and plan content campaigns around sustainability milestones, reports, and initiatives. Act as the primary point of contact for the client, managing timelines, approvals, and expectations while ensuring that content deliverables align with strategic goals. Brief and collaborate with writers, designers, and video teams to produce articles, reports, case studies, and multimedia assets that communicate sustainability impact. Analyze content performance and engagement metrics to refine strategy and optimize delivery across owned and paid channels. REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in content strategy, editorial planning, or communications, ideally within the telecom, technology, or sustainability sectors. Strong understanding of ESG topics, including carbon reduction, digital inclusion, and sustainable infrastructure. Proven experience managing enterprise clients or multi-stakeholder content projects. Excellent writing, storytelling, and editing skills with a strategic mindset. Experience collaborating with creative and analytics teams to deliver integrated campaigns. Strong organizational and communication skills; able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on content execution.
