JOB SUMMARY:

The role focuses on elevating the company’s profile and enhancing the CEO’s public image through strategic branding and social media initiatives. Responsible for stakeholder management, this position develops and implements integrated communication plans across online and offline channels. It ensures all messaging aligns with the company’s strategic goals while conceptualizing and executing corporate events. The role collaborates closely with multimedia and design teams to manage creative services and multimedia platforms supporting communication objectives for the MASE Group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Corporate and CEO Branding

  • Elevate the company's profile and enhance the CEO's public image through strategic social media initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

  • Develop and implement an integrated online and offline communications plan, including programs, tools, and materials.

Strategic Communications

  • Align all messaging with the company's objectives and strategic goals.

Event Management

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute corporate events for MASE Group.

Multimedia Management and Publications

  • Work closely with the Multimedia Designer in managing multimedia tools and platforms to support communication objectives.

Creatives and Design Services

  • Deliver creative and design services for the MASE Group.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3–4 years of experience in marketing communication and strategic planning. Experience in the power, energy, and construction industries is a plus.
  • Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Analytical skills for evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Well-versed in digital marketing strategies and social media platforms, with familiarity in online branding, content marketing, and leveraging digital channels for brand promotion.

PR & EVENTS SPECIALIST

JOB SUMMARY:

The role involves planning, organizing, and executing a variety of corporate events including conferences, seminars, product launches, and networking functions, ensuring alignment with company branding and goals. This includes managing budgets, timelines, logistics, and vendor relationships to deliver high-quality events. Additionally, the position requires developing and managing public relations materials and programs, representing the company to government officials and the community, and building strong stakeholder relationships to support company initiatives. The role demands effective communication and evaluation to enhance event and PR outcomes in line with the company’s mission.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Event Management:

  • Plan, organize, and execute corporate events such as conferences, seminars, product launches, and networking events.
  • Develop creative event concepts and themes that align with the company's branding and goals.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure smooth and successful execution
  • Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and venue representatives to deliver high-quality event experiences.
  • Evaluate event performance, gather feedback, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Create and manage public relations materials, including press releases, newsletters, and other communication assets.
  • Develop and implement PR programs to promote the company's initiatives and projects effectively.
  • Represent the company in presenting projects and proposals to government officials and the community.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to foster trust and support for company initiatives.
  • Ensure communication strategies align with the company's mission and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of BS Mass Communications, Journalism, Communication Arts, or related courses will communication.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate development firms or related industries.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation, and negotiation).
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other relevant tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Proven leadership skills and a process-oriented approach.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:
