Sales and Business Development- Identify and prospect new clients or customers through cold calls, emails, and networking.

- Stay updated on the company’s products or services, including their features, pricing, and benefits.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales.
- Handle objections or concerns and effectively persuade customers to make purchasing decisions.
- A high school diploma is typically required, although a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field may be preferred for some positions.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is often preferred, though entry-level positions may be available for candidates without prior experience.
- Experience in a specific industry may be required, depending on the company or product.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers.
- Persuasive and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
