Establish and maintain good relations with tenants, aiding in sales, profitability, and sustainability. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management or related technical course. At least 3 years of experience in tenant relations, client management, customer service or equivalent; preferably with expertise in mall management, operations or maintenance.
