The role requires skills in transaction processing related to bank and other cash items. It also requires the ability to perform reconciliations and provide analysis for unmatched items.

Responsibilities
  • Ability to perform daily tasks as assigned by process leads
  • Ensure timely execution of bank payments
  • Post and clear daily bank transactions for assigned companies
  • Perform correct and accurate bank reconciliations (bank balances vs books)
  • Operate processes in accordance with specified requirements
  • Ensure compliance with processes in line with legal provisions in the area of operation
  • Maintain ongoing cooperation with other organizational units (e.g., Poland)
  • Update, collect, sort and archive documents generated during operation according to team rules
  • Perform any other official orders related to the tasks and objectives of the position
Education

Graduate of Finance, or related field

Experience

Minimum of 6 months experience in related field

Skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Highly focused, detail oriented and well-developed self-organization skills
  • Critical observation of processes and implementation of new solutions
  • Analytical skills
  • Teamwork
  • Knowledge of SAP at a good level
  • Ability to write and raise queries in a clear and comprehensive message
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to use tools, technology and methods in the field to improve service efficiency
  • Familiarity with common work methods (as recommended by globally recognized design methodologies) and troubleshooting
  • Innovation management and project management to increase efficiency and quality of service
  • Ability to share knowledge and experience with team members to raise competence
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an advanced level (sorting/filtering data, conditional formatting, pivot tables/graphs, data validation/consolidation)
