Overview Aycardo Veterinary Center Inc. (AVCI) is a solid and growing veterinary practice with 50+ staff across 5 branches in Cebu City, Talisay City, Mandaue City, and Naga City, with more branches planned in Cebu. We are committed to making veterinary services affordable without compromising quality care. Responsibilities Provide veterinary care under the guidance of senior veterinarians. Collaborate within a team-driven practice where knowledge and support are shared. No night shifts, no Sunday shifts. Requirements Licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM). A true team player with eagerness to learn. Willing to be assigned to any present or future AVCI branch in Cebu. Please note: AVCI does not provide boarding or lodging accommodations. Compensation & Benefits Probationary (6 months training): ₱40,000/month. Regular Associate Vet: ₱44,000/month. Commission on surgeries and dental procedures (exclusive benefit). Salary increases are performance-graded. In addition to salary, all employees receive their legally mandated benefits, including: Overtime pay Holiday pay Night differential pay 13th-month pay Regularized vets also enjoy: Subsidized annual CPE programs. Leave benefits: 6 vacation, 6 sick, and 1 birthday leave. Full government contributions (PhilHealth, SSS, HDMF, tax). Work Schedule Mondays to Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
