Responsibilities- Provides administrative and operational support to the broker sales team. This role involves coordinating communication with brokers, assisting in the preparation of sales materials and proposals, and ensuring timely delivery of documentation and responses. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers, responding to inquiries and providing product or service information.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups between brokers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate broker records and track broker performance; assist with reporting on KPIs and sales metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service for brokers.
- Organize and support broker training sessions, webinars, and events.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, coordination, or a brokerage environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
