Responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting functions of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, forecasting, compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and cash flow. Prepare periodic financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual) and reports that include income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements. Lead the budget preparation process; monitor budget vs actuals; perform variance analysis. Develop financial forecasts, long‑term financial plans, and scenario modelling. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations (e.g. BIR, SEC, tax codes, financial reporting standards). Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory agencies. Implement and enforce internal controls and financial policies; identify risks and propose mitigations. Support management in decision making by providing financial insights and recommendations. Lead, mentor, and manage the finance / accounting team; ensure team’s performance, training, and development. Oversee cash management; monitor liquidity, working capital, and optimize cash flows. Drive process improvements and efficiency in financial operations, including automation where relevant. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field. Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, etc.) is a plus. Minimum of 5‑10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with at least 3‑5 years in a managerial / leadership role. Strong technical knowledge: financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, ERP systems, financial reporting standards (IFRS / Philippine Financial Reporting Standards). Excellent analytical, problem solving, and strategic planning skills. High ethical standards, integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong attention to detail; ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting/ERP software. #J-18808-Ljbffr
