Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities: Perform market research to identify new business opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities. Establish new accounts/clients and perform all related customer communication and discussion as far as new business development activity is concerned. Prepare reports for any assigned tasks given by the superior and prepare accordingly. Responsible for making Minutes of the Meeting for any attended customer visit. Support Manager in preparing any quotation requirement from any inquiry received from Customer. Responsible for making and tracking any PR/PO related to newly established customers/business as well as issuance of Sales Invoice during the development stage. Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers. Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers. Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects. Qualifications: Candidates must be a graduate of Bachelor's/college degree in any business-related courses (Engineering, Marketing, Business Management, etc.) With at least 1-3 years in the sales industry, preferably with experience in Manufacturing. With strong communication and presentation skills Excellent in written and verbal communication skills Have leadership skills.
