Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about products and services
Process orders and returns
Escalate complaints to the appropriate teams
Ensure customer satisfaction
Develop product knowledge
Maintain records of customer interactions
Follow communication procedures
Upsell products and services
Skills
Active listening: Give your full attention to the customer, including their words, tone, and body language
