Job Description: Managers in this role get to: Lead with Impact: Drive daily sales operations by setting clear goals, tracking team performance, and achieving outstanding results. Qualifications: Our most successful candidates will have: A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (an MBA is a plus). 3-5+ years of proven success in a similar role within a relevant industry. 2+ years of team management experience, with a focus on driving performance, goal-setting, and accountability. A talent for mentoring and developing teams , providing constructive feedback, and fostering continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills , with a focus on listening, clarity, and collaboration. Proficiency in using data-driven insights, CRM tools , and problem-solving to make informed decisions. Experience in strategic planning , aligning team efforts with broader business objectives for long-term success. A track record of handling challenges with resilience and adaptability. A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship-building. Additional Information: Internal Qualifications: Must have FY24 PDP score of Exceeds Expectations (4) or Outstanding (5) Tenure of at least 18 months No Active DA experience in Tech Sales is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
