Location: Hybrid – London, Lisbon, Munich or Amsterdam About the Department Sales roles include Account Executives, Channel Account Managers, Business Development Representatives, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Sales Operations. The sales team helps customers adopt Cloudflare and create strong Internet-enabled experiences, solving real technical problems while generating revenue to sustain the free services Cloudflare provides to millions in our community. About this Role The Senior Named Account Executive delivers the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiating and closing with new and existing customers in alignment with business plans. Identify and progress cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue goals. Sell new products and generate additional sales revenue through effective sales outreach. The ideal candidate will have both sales and technical background to drive engagement from administrative through executive levels within network operations, development, and technical infrastructure teams. Personable, resilient and a culture champion with a professional demeanor. Cool and calm under pressure; able to manage competing priorities and solve problems quickly. Main Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive account/territory plan to achieve quarterly sales and annual revenue targets. Drive new business acquisition, customer expansion (upsell and cross-sell Cloudflare solutions), and renewals within the territory. Build a robust sales pipeline through ongoing engagement and nurturing of key prospect accounts. Understand customer use-cases and map them to Cloudflare solutions to identify new opportunities. Craft and communicate compelling value propositions and drive awareness through outbound campaigns on product updates. Scale the territory with partners where applicable. Accurately forecast commercial outcomes through a consistent sales process, including next steps and contract negotiations. As a trusted advisor, build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure adoption, retention and expansion. Regularly evaluate usage trends and provide strategic recommendations during business reviews. Network across business units within accounts and engage new divisional buyers. Position Cloudflare's platform, including Cloudflare One and the Connectivity Cloud, to realize full potential in each customer. Serve as a liaison with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and insights to improve experience and investments. Direct B2B sales experience with a track record in new business acquisition and account management. Experience selling a technical, cloud-based product or service; working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and security. Strong understanding of computer networking and Internet functioning; willingness to learn technical concepts/terms. Engineering, computer science, or MIS background is advantageous. Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; organized and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; willing to travel frequently to visit customers and prospects. Fluency in Hebrew Knowledge/Experience 6+ years of B2B selling experience and selling Enterprise Software or SaaS (network security preferred) or hardware solutions to mid-enterprise/enterprise customers. Direct experience, track record, and relationships within enterprise and mid-market accounts in the territory. Experience in new business and expansion, and managing longer, complex sales cycles. Fast-paced environment adaptability; Enterprise IT/Cyber Security background. Aptitude for learning technical concepts; technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS is a plus.
