We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in the real estate industry, as well as great sales and leasing skills. Your primary tasks will be to assist clients in purchasing, selling, and leasing residential properties.
Responsibilities- Property Listings & Marketing: Create listings and promote properties through online platforms, ads, and social media.
- Client Consultation & Sales: Meet with buyers, provide property details, conduct showings, and guide them through the sales process.
- Negotiations: Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and sellers.
- Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and property pricing.
- Coordination: Work with legal teams, inspectors, and mortgage brokers to ensure smooth transactions.
- Sales Documentation: Maintain records and prepare sales reports.
- Customer Relations: Build relationships with clients and provide post-sale support.
- Compliance: Ensure transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Client Engagement: Attend networking events and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or property sales is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the property market and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to handle a high volume of leads and manage multiple clients at once.
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software is an advantage.
