Radiologic Technologist - The Medical City Clinic (Robinsons Magnolia) Purpose of the Position: This role administers the diagnostic imaging equipment and positions patients accurately to ensure quality diagnostic images. Key Result Areas | Duties and Responsibilities A. Patient Care Administration Explains procedures to patients. Ensures safety of patients during diagnostic imaging procedures. Minimizes radiation exposure of patients by practicing protection techniques using beam restrictive devices and patient shielding. B. Medical Efficiency Prepares standard equipment and facilities. Administers all diagnostic imaging procedures (CT-Scan, X-Ray, Mammogram, Ultrasound) to patients. Ensures accuracy of the captured concerned area of patients. C. Regulatory Compliance Adheres to regulatory requirements mandated by FDA. Documents data of patients through charting. Monitors inventory and ensures availability of related medical supplies. Submits census report every month. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
