Overview

The Nurse Triage USRN will serve as the point of clinical contact for patients in a virtual behavioral health program. This role is responsible for scheduling appointments, assisting with prescription refills, assessing patient symptoms, determining urgency, documenting interactions, and directing patients to the appropriate level of care. The nurse will operate within clinical protocols and escalate as needed to ensure patient safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct web and voice-based triage assessments for mental health and psychiatric patients
  • Utilize clinical judgment to determine next steps (e.g., schedule, escalate, refer)
  • Document encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system
  • Follow established clinical protocols and escalation pathways
Requirements
  • Active USRN license, based in the Philippines
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in triage, case management, or behavioral health
  • Strong verbal communication and documentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a voice-based, remote environment
