Ingram Micro is seeking a Senior Support Engineer - Partner Support to deliver expert, multi-vendor support to cloud reseller partners across EMEA. You will be the SMB for Acronis billing while contributing to the wider cloud portfolio, resolving complex partner issues and building knowledge bases and tooling for repeatable success.
You will own runbooks, document processes, and collaborate with vendor support, PDMs, and internal Billing teams.
