Your Role Key responsibilities are as follows: Handle complex issues and P1 outage tickets. Investigate application, server logs, and database tables. Create knowledge documents and conduct knowledge transfer. Coordinate with teams and vendors, and elevate tickets requiring code analysis. Support setup and config changes for test activities. Monitor new tickets and acknowledge within SLA. About You The ideal candidate will have: 0-2 years of relevant experience in Application Support. Solid understanding of SQL for database query and management tasks. Familiarity with Linux operating systems for troubleshooting and support. Experience supporting applications in Azure and on Windows servers. Proficiency with ticketing tools like FreshService or Salesforce. Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Datadog, or Elastic. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
