Virtual Nurse

Overview

Connext is currently looking for a Virtual Nurse who will be working directly with Connext's Client in the United States of America.

• 1 year contract with possibility of extension

• Review Patient Care Reports (PCRs) in real time to ensure accuracy and compliance with client standards.
• Conduct real-time reviews of PCRs.
• Provide PCR technical support for each assigned market.
• Ensure that iterations are reviewed continuously until compliance is achieved, allowing the EMTs to proceed with the assignment.
• Provide assistance to the client in other areas as required.
• Extend support to the client POC and other team members, as necessary.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with relevant BPO healthcare experience.
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience in medical documentation review, healthcare compliance, or related support function.
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge of medical documentation and compliance, proficient with productivity and documentation systems.
• Maintains high accuracy—spots PCR discrepancies and applies strong problem-solving and organization to drive efficiency.
• Works independently and with EMTs/stakeholders; communicates clearly in English, providing actionable feedback and technical support.
