JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title: PROJECT TECHNICAL ASSISTANT I Division/Section/Unit: Technical Operations Division / PAMAMARISAN CASTO Salary Grade: SG-10 Monthly Salary: P30,703 No. of Vacancy: 1 (one) Plantilla Item: N/A JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or any allied fields on food technology. Preferably with at least one (1) year of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, including food safety audits, and with expertise in conducting food safety-related trainings. Experience in project/ program management is an advantage. At least 8 hours of related training is an advantage. JOB COMPETENCIES Experienced in handling and managing projects related to manufacturing, systems improvement, and production equipment design and processes. Knowledgeable in Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, SSOP and other food safety frameworks. Has excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. With good analytical thinking skills. Adept in drafting technical and financial reports. With good customer-relationship qualities. Results-oriented, team-player, and able to work with minimum supervision. Has a positive attitude towards public service and a reliable work ethics. Proficient in using MS Office, Google Suites, Google Sketch-up or other related softwares. Willing to work in a flexible working environment (field and office). Willing to be assigned in Marikina Satellite Office. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in the implementation of the SETUP in the Clustered Area. Conduct Technology Needs Assessments, site visits, and technical assistances to various clients and stakeholders, particularly in the areas of food processing and food safety compliance. Provide technical and administrative support in the implementation of technology transfer and other S&T services. Serve as the focal person for technical advisory and consultancy services for the CASTO including but not limited to Food Safety Audit, Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production Assessment, MPEX, and CAMPI. Design and develop food safety-related programs and interventions tailored to the needs of stakeholders within the Clustered Area. Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of SETUP projects, Consultancy and other S&T services. Draft technical reports based on project site visit/monitoring, training reports, minutes and other correspondences. Monitor financial and physical accomplishment related to the project. Perform other functions that maybe assigned by the Regional Office from time to time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
