Electronics and Communication Engineer

Ionics EMS Inc. is seeking an Electronics and Communication Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in Cabuyao City, Laguna. This is a full-time position where you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of electronic and communication systems. As an Electronics and Communication Engineer, you will contribute to the advancement of our technological solutions and help drive innovation within our organization. What you'll be doing

• Designing and developing electronic circuits and communication systems in accordance with project specifications and industry standards

• Conducting feasibility studies and technical analyses to evaluate system performance and identify potential improvements

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and manufacturing to ensure seamless integration of electronic components

• Testing and troubleshooting electronic and communication systems to identify and resolve technical issues

• Creating detailed technical documentation, including schematics, circuit diagrams, and design specifications

• Selecting appropriate components and materials for electronic systems whilst maintaining cost-effectiveness

• Providing technical support during the manufacturing and implementation phases of projects

• Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices in electronics and communication engineering

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related field

• Proficiency in circuit design tools and simulation software such as MATLAB or equivalent

• Strong understanding of electronic components, semiconductor devices, and communication protocols

• Knowledge of PCB (Printed Circuit Board) design and layout principles

• Familiarity with microcontroller and microprocessor systems

• Experience with wireless communication systems, RF (Radio Frequency) design, or signal processing is highly desirable

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Experience with embedded systems and real-time applications is preferred
