Join our team and start your journey todayMain Duties1. Provide technical support to OEM customers, customer service and sales via telephone or email.2. Conducts application review, technical review and quality review3. Assist US based application engineers by providing backup support4. Develop rapport and trust with internal and external contacts 5. Proactively suggests improvement plans for better support and quality performance. 6. Aligns thinking to help achieve business unit goals and objectives. 7. Log all interactions and submit a monthly interaction report.8. Provide product and process training to internal employees with following:* Develop contents of training modules* Maintain the training materials in a common directory Additional Functions1. Attends training, workshop, seminar, and focus group discussions of the team2. Work within defined operational and employee goals.
