Engineering People Manager in Mandaluyong
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of SRE or DevOps experience, with 2+ years leading or managing people.
- Solid technical understanding of Linux, Kubernetes, public cloud, observability, and incident management.
- A track record of coaching engineers and helping them progress
- Confidence having direct conversations about performance, behaviours, and accountability.
- Willingness to work across 24x7 shift bands, including nights.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Bonus Points
- Coaching, EQ, or leadership training.
- Experience developing graduates or early-career engineers.
- Experience with competency frameworks and skills assessments.
- Previous experience as a Duty Manager or shift lead in a 24x7 operation.
