Project In-Charge

POSITION PURPOSE Project In-Charge job role position is overseeing overall direct site implementation towards smooth project execution. Actual site planning and execution strategy. Coordination to the Consultant, Sub-contractors, and Project team. Manage overall assigned project in terms of Cost, Time, Quality, and Safety. Commitment to delivering on-time project completion. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES - Overseeing overall direct site implementation to the assigned project. - Assist and support the Project Manager for complete and smooth project execution. - Manage and leads direct site execution in terms of Cost, Time, Quality, and Safety. - Coordination to Procurement in terms of project request materials, equipment, and tools. - Advance plan reviews and site preparations to smooth project execution. - Coordination to the Consultants, Sub-contractors, and Project Team. - Attend and preside over weekly construction operations meetings. - Prepare weekly physical and financial accomplishment reports to the management team. - Prepare lookahead schedule activity and catch-up schedule. - Provides good project site direction and assures on-track specific milestone target plan completion in terms of the close monitoring and control of the construction schedule, project budget, construction quality, and safe environment. - Resolving site issues and concerns. - Assures day-to-day smooth construction operations within schedule, approved plans and budget, quality standards, and a safe environment. - Delegation of works to the respective job role description to a specific project site location. Mentoring and motivating people. - Evaluate and validate subcontractor's progress billing. Change order and reconciliation. - Provides effective strategies and risk construction site operations planning. - Commitment to delivering on-time project completion. - Perform tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor from time to time. QUALIFICATIONS Education/Certification Graduate of Civil Engineering Licensed Civil Engineer Experience Minimum of 5 years solid experience as Site Superintendent job role position in General Construction Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Paid training Work Location: In person
