Responsibilities Accurately apply pre-calculated Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and Net Recurring Revenue (NRR) values to “Closed Won” deals in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce). Review and process contract buyout requests, ensuring documentation accuracy and policy compliance. Respond to internal sales inquiries about MRR/NRR status, data entry, and procedures. Assist with ad‑hoc administrative and operational tasks to improve team efficiency. Maintain clear, accurate records of all processed deals to support reporting and compliance. Qualifications Previous years of experience in an administrative, operational, or data‑entry role. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative attitude with the ability to work well across teams.
