Join to apply for the Sales Support Analyst (m/f/x) role at Cello Your Mission We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Analyst to work with our Sales and Business Development teams to drive lead generation and qualify prospects. The candidate will research target markets, build pipelines, and support the sales team in converting leads into lasting partnerships. Your Responsibilities Target Account Qualification: conduct research to identify and qualify prospects based on ideal customer profile (ICP) criteria. Lead Identification: research and identify profiles within target accounts that align with defined buyer personas. Follow‑Up: engage with leads to nurture relationships, answer initial queries, and educate them about our services. Sales Data Management: input and maintain accurate lead information in the CRM and outreach tools, tracking interactions and updates. Market Research: stay updated on industry trends and client needs to effectively position Cello’s value proposition. Collaboration: work closely with the sales team to support their efforts and provide insights from lead generation activities. Reporting: generate reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and outreach effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. Required At least 6 months BPO or VA experience handling SaaS or platform accounts, preferably in Marketing and Growth products. Strong skills in data management, CRM hygiene, and database maintenance. Expertise in list building, data enrichment, and lead qualification. Business Development and hunter mentality, with a willingness to work in a target‑driven environment. Acumen for new lead generation and tracking. CRM Expertise: experience in HubSpot, Salesforce, Airtable, Zoho CRM, or Pipedrive. Familiarity with sales outreach and reporting tools. Good to have (but not mandatory): experience building CRM automation flows and dashboards, skilled in using AI, data scraping, or automation to enhance data enrichment and outreach efforts.
