Key Responsibilities Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and digital learning assets within Workday. Coach, facilitate, and support virtual learning sessions across US teams. Create, design, and manage learning content to ensure consistency and learner engagement. Conduct learning activity analysis, reporting, and evaluation to measure effectiveness. Collaborate with global partners to align learning initiatives with business goals. Supervise and mentor team members involved in learning systems and content delivery. Work Setup Start-up shared service environment. Onsite at BGC, Taguig for 3 months (Night Shift) to build alignment and culture.
