Foreclosure Paralegal role at Tap Growth ai. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive legal support, conduct research, and assist attorneys in documentation. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Location: 22nd Floor, Robinsons Cybergate Center 3, Pioneer Street, Cybergate Complex, Mandaluyong City

Work Mode: Onsite for the first month (training), then remote setup

Role: Foreclosure Paralegal

• Prepare files for foreclosure referrals and coordinate with foreclosure counsel and property management companies.
• Draft and send borrower communications regarding foreclosure referrals.
• Review, approve, and process invoices from outside foreclosure counsel in the internal servicing system.
• Assist with preparation of loan payoffs for accounts in foreclosure.
• Provide support to paralegals managing foreclosure caseloads, including communication with counsel, investors, and borrowers.
• Recommend appropriate foreclosure delays when borrowers are close to payoff or reinstatement.
• Oversee real estate owned (REO) property management, including coordinating investor approvals, developing marketing plans, and assisting with property closings.

• Prior experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in foreclosure/default servicing is required. Preference will be given to candidates with US paralegal experience.
• Must have knowledge of foreclosure processes, loan servicing, or real estate law.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to handle sensitive borrower interactions professionally.
• Proficiency with legal or loan servicing systems and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
