Responsibilities: Gathers assigned statistical and financial data from the Annual Reports and references from the IC, insurance companies, and other sources; prepares and analyzes report/s for review by the Strategic Planning Head and presentation during the strategic planning session. Reviews submitted measures (KPI) and action plans of the assigned departments vs. targets set. Coordinates with the Strategic Planning Officer and Head. Analyzes the results and highlights significant areas that are contributing to or are affecting the targets for the period of the assigned department. Discusses the same during the regular Strategic Planning Department meetings. Prepares, consolidates, and analyzes performance reports vs. budgets. Highlights significant areas that are contributing to or affecting the financial results. Prepare annual unit rating. Coordinates with the concerned Department Heads or designated point persons on the review, finalization, and monitoring of the action plans and budget for the year. Suggests improvement measures for conducting the strategic and division planning, and the process of monitoring the action plans and budgets. Performs other duties assigned by immediate superior consistent with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Accountancy, or a related field. With at least 1–2 years of relevant work experience in analysis, statistics, or accounting preferred.
