What You Will Do

• Support our Customs Clearance and Industrial Systems operations.
• Design, improve, and deploy business processes, including data analysis, system optimization, and stakeholder engagement across multiple geographies.
• Collect and analyze data, perform process mapping, and provide data-driven recommendations to enable senior leadership to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, IT, and Operations, as well as regional stakeholders.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data, and present clear, data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Develop reports, business proposals, and improvement cases with actionable recommendations for management.
• Map, design, and continuously improve end-to-end business and customs clearance processes.
• Lead and manage cross-functional projects, applying Lean Six Sigma and structured problem-solving techniques.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, IT, and Analytics teams on forecasts, automation, and process integration.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are prioritized and delivered on time.

You will be a great fit if you

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in process engineering, business process improvement, or customs operation
• Strong data analytics, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
• Advantageous: Lean Six Sigma, Python, SQL
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
