Job Details Start date: September 22, 2025 Compensation: $1,000 USD per month Schedule: Full-time; Independent Contractor (40 hours per week) US Timezone: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Location: 100% Work From Home Night shift in the Philippines Traba Legal provides high-quality virtual assistants with the opportunity to work with a US-based law firm. We are currently recruiting a Paralegal Litigation Assistant to support a firm that specializes in trust litigation. Trust litigation involves disputes over how a trust is set up, who benefits, or how it is managed. This is a critical role that supports the attorney through the entire litigation process. Our VAs are supported by a dedicated Manager in the Philippines to ensure clear expectations, on-track work, and ongoing feedback. Responsibilities Review and summarize medical records, financial records, and case documents for an average of 20 active litigation cases. Success Metric: 90% of reviews and summaries completed within 36 hours of receipt. Draft substantive responses to discovery, including form interrogatories, special interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissions. Success Metric: 90% of substantive responses completed within 36 hours of assignment. Organize and compile information, evidence, witnesses, document logs, spreadsheets, charts, etc., to detail findings for attorney review. Success Metric: Update client CRM in real time.
