-Position Title: Retail Sales Executive for Davao -Location: Davao Areas -Areas of Deployment: Malls, Supermarkets, Airport, or Casino -Setup: Onsite -Schedule: Shifting Schedule -Employment Type: Full-time -Project: E-Cigarettes (Philip Morris) Qualifications: >College graduate or at least 2 years in college. >With a sales or retail sales background. >Confident and charismatic personality. >Average English communication skills >Work experience in customer service is required. >Willing to work on shifting schedules. Responsibilities: >Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance, and assist with the discovery of electronic cigarettes. >Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products about the e-cigarette product and conduct guided trials. >Perform seamless purchase transactions, including customization, database registration, and after-sales services. >Provide exceptional customer service by executing product diagnosis, handling returns, and processing replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles.
