Overview Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead (Automation Testing) Location: Mandaluyong City / Makati City Employment Type: Contract Work Schedule: Day shift Experience Required: Minimum 6-8 years We are looking for a Lead Automation Tester with extensive experience in Test Automation , a strong background in the life insurance domain , and Must have a hands-on expertise in TOSCA . The ideal candidate will lead a team of testers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery through well-structured and scalable automation solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the automation testing efforts across projects in the life insurance domain . Design and develop automation test scripts using TOSCA . Define and implement best practices in test automation frameworks, strategy, and processes. Collaborate with development, QA, and business analyst teams to ensure quality delivery. Ensure test coverage across functional and regression testing using automation. Review test cases, scripts, and defects to ensure high standards. Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior testers in the team. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of an Agile team. Prepare detailed test reports and status updates to stakeholders and project managers. Qualifications Must-Have Minimum 6–8 years of experience in software testing with a focus on test automation . At least 2+ years of experience working with TOSCA . Strong understanding of the life insurance domain , including product rules, policy lifecycle, claims, and underwriting processes. Proven experience in designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks . Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Nice-to-Have Experience with other automation tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT, TestComplete) is a plus. Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI. ISTQB or other testing certifications. Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Educational Background Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology , or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
