Be a Finance Leader for our Australian Clients as an Accountant

Are you ready to take your accounting career to the next level? We are a growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, providing top-notch financial services to a diverse portfolio of Australian clients. We\'re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and proactive Accountant to join our growing team.

In this role, you won\'t just be processing numbers; you\'ll be a key partner for our clients, helping them make sound financial decisions. You\'ll work with equally competitive accounting professionals and gain exposure to diverse industries, all while collaborating with a supportive and dynamic team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage balance sheets, general ledger and profit/loss statements.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements to assist the client determine their financial health and liquidity.
  • Evaluate financial transactions and documents
  • Compute, prepare and process tax payments and returns
  • Reconcile accounts payments and receivables and ensure timely bank payments
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance including handling of monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Cost accounting analysis
  • Budget preparation and reporting
  • Weekly cash flow reports
  • Weekly payroll
  • Submission of superannuation payments
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor\'s degree in Accountancy or related field
  • Proven experience as an accountant, preferably with a minimum 3 years solid experience as an Accountant
  • With exposure to Australian accounting standards and practices is definitely an advantage
  • Proficiency in XERO accounting software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work during Philippine holidays (except Christmas & New Year)
