Warehouse Custodian

Job Summary:

-Ensure all incoming and outgoing transactions are checked and accurate.
-Ensure all inventory items based on respective area/section are proper maintaining level.
-No occurrences of pilferage and damage during storage and handling
-Make sure that all pull-out per accounts are checked itemized based on RTV and actual quantity.
-Make sure that all received products are quality checked and are tagged based on its quality status.
-Make sure that all received products have its corresponding RR: Return Receipt.
-Make sure that all prepared RRs are duly signed and encoded.
-Ensure that all monitoring files are up to date (shared files, portal files, Gdrive and monitoring files).
-Ensure that all documents are organized, well maintained and complete in-file.
-Ensure that products subject for disposal are properly handled and coordinated with the Quality Control representative(s).
-Create good communications with Audit in results to avoid discrepancies and resolves any emerging problems.
-Support and participate in conducting scheduled cycle count.
-Coordinate to Outbound Section to ensure that all products subject for pull-out at Account's Distribution Center are pulled-out.
-Recommend and suggests any process improvements that may results to operational excellence.
-Ability to prioritize all immediate requirements for concerned departments.

Qualifications:

-Graduate of any 4 years course.
-Inventory checking experience is an advantage.
-Knowledge in Inventory Audit is an advantage.
-Average knowledge in G Drive Applications and MS Office Application is a must.
-Knowledge in Basic Quality Control approach and management is an advantage.
-Experience in Warehouse Operations is an advantage.
-Experience in any ERP or WMS is an advantage.
-Clerical ability is a must (documents filing and organization).
-Willing to be trained.
