Provide first level IT support for a global team, focusing on workplace IT and user incident resolution at Bosch Service Solutions Inc. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Provide first level IT support for a global team, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook Collect, document, resolve, and process user incidents and requests via phone, e-mail, and chat Use the knowledge base in daily business operations Frequently communicate with team management about new solutions and open points Support the ITSD Global Team in developing new ways of working About You The company is looking for: Preferably minimum 6 months experience in an IT Service Desk, ideally in CI Hotline Excellent oral and written Korean language skills (at least B2-C1 level) General IT knowledge with focus on workplace IT Ability for cross-functional thinking and quick problem solving Excellent communication skills and team player attitude Customer service and solutions-oriented mindset with genuine willingness to help Ability to work under pressure High degree of self-motivation and learning potential Amenable to work on day shift; weekends off and working onsite How to Apply Kindly attach your resume in your application.
