JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
Responsible for overseeing cleaning, stock control, and safety in all F&B and kitchen areas. Ensures smooth shift operations, adherence to food safety, occupational, and fire safety standards, working closely with the Assistant and Executive Steward.
- Supervise Kitchen Stewards in cleaning, sanitation, and chemical handling
- Ensure staff are trained, equipped, and follow safety and hygiene procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment
- Conduct trainings, meetings, and daily briefings
- Enforce safety protocols aligned with hotel standards and regulations
- Assist in regulatory compliance (food safety, hygiene inspections)
- Stay updated on industry best practices and stewarding innovations
- Support scheduling and serve as a positive ambassador for Stewarding and F&B teams
- Trained in Food Safety (HACCP / ISO22000)
- Motivator, self-starter, team builder
- Physically fit for manual tasks
- Flexible with shift schedules and long hours
