Responsibilities
  • Financial Management & Reporting - KRA: Ensure accurate financial reporting and transparency. Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with PFRS and IFRS.
    • Ensure timely submission of financial reports to PAGCOR, BIR, SEC, and other regulatory bodies.
    • Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain sufficient liquidity.
    • Provide financial forecasts, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Taxation - KRA: Maintain full compliance with all local and international financial regulations. Responsibilities:
    • Ensure compliance with PAGCOR, BIR, SEC, AMLC, and other relevant bodies.
    • Oversee tax planning, filing, and audits to optimize tax liabilities.
    • Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering (AML) regulations for online gaming transactions.
    • Conduct periodic internal audits to assess financial integrity.
  • Operational & Strategic Finance - KRA: Drive financial performance and business profitability. Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement financial strategies for both resort and online gaming operations.
    • Conduct financial analysis on gaming revenue streams, player spending trends, and operational costs.
    • Work with operations, marketing, and technology teams to align financial objectives.
    • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders for financing.
  • Internal Controls & Risk Management - KRA: Strengthen financial governance and minimize financial risks. Responsibilities:
    • Implement and monitor internal financial controls.
    • Ensure fraud prevention mechanisms in gaming and resort transactions.
    • Establish risk mitigation plans for financial discrepancies or economic downturns.
  • Leadership & Team Management - KRA: Build and lead a high-performing finance team. Responsibilities:
    • Lead, mentor, and train the finance team to enhance efficiency.
    • Foster collaboration between finance and other departments.
    • Establish clear KPIs for the finance team and conduct regular performance reviews.
Job Qualification
  • 15+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in integrated resorts, online gaming, casinos, or hospitality industries preferred.
  • Experience with cross-border financial transactions and offshore gaming regulations is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation laws, PAGCOR regulations, and corporate finance practices.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is a must.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or other financial systems.
  • Knowledge of blockchain, digital payments, and online gaming financial systems is a plus.
  • Can speak in Mandarin
