Responsible for the timely preparation of tax returns and ensuring proper tax compliance requirements are met. Prepare e-filing and e-payment of monthly/quarterly/annual returns, which include but not limited to Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax and DST, without error. Ensure timely update with regards to new BIR Regulations. Responsible for the maintenance of the company's fixed asset records and systems including updating of the company's Lapsing Schedule monthly. Assist on Tax assessments, whether local and national tax and ensure audit readiness of all tax related filings and documentation. Responsible for Journal Entries of depreciation of fixed assets monthly File properly all documentation of BIR Certificate of Regulations, tax returns and filing reference, receipts of tax payments, etc. Assist the external auditors for audit taxation purposes. Track job/project costs to include maintaining labor, material, equipment and overhead costs for construction in progress accounts. Job Qualification: Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy With 3-5 years’ experience in accounting Previous experience in tax preparation, compliance and asset management is a plus, CPA is an advantage; Thorough knowledge of the principles and practices of accounting relating to financial, fixed assets policies and procedures and BIR regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
