About the role
Join Abenson Ventures, Inc.', a leading retailer in the Philippines, as an Area Sales Manager Operations, open Nationwide. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and performance of multiple retail stores in your assigned region.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and coordinate the operations of several retail stores, ensuring efficient and effective store-level execution
- Drive sales and profitability through effective inventory management, merchandising, and customer service strategies
- Provide leadership and guidance to the store-level teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Collaborate with the regional and corporate teams to align on strategic initiatives and ensure seamless implementation
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a multi-site or area management role
- Proven track record of driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence in a retail environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making
- Familiarity with retail industry best practices, inventory management, and merchandising strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
