We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey Responsibilities Assess security risks and platform capabilities to devise strategies that ensure platform safety and address critical safety issues. Develop and implement comprehensive technology safety solutions, streamlining processes, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality products efficiently, demonstrating strong project management skills and producing detailed reports. Provide crisis management for internal and external issues, assessing risks and adapting strategies for efficient project advancement. Support swift risk response, conducting information analysis, and integrating safety measures seamlessly into project execution. Stay up to date about privacy and security regulations and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance and effective risk mitigation. Mentor junior‑level team members. Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Security Management, Cybersecurity, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, employer will accept an additional 2 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Developing privacy and safety strategies for digital products. Performing data lifecycle management and developing data sovereignty solutions for global compliance. Developing and implementing data privacy solutions leveraging information security controls, security frameworks, and standards, including: (i) GDPR; (ii) CCPA, ISO/IEC 27701; (iii) ISO 27001; (iv) PCI‑DSS; (v) HIPAA; (vi) NIST Privacy Framework. Developing graphical and visual representations of data using business intelligence tools Excel or Tableau. Managing AI model risks from development to deployment. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
