I'm Michael Rathman, founder of AdSumo Digital – a specialized Klaviyo Retention Agency focused exclusively on eCommerce email marketing. We consistently deliver substantial revenue growth for our clients, typically adding $50,000 to $250,000+ in monthly revenue through our email strategies. This is a critical role for a creative professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excels at transforming strategic briefs into high‑converting, visually compelling email campaigns, and can efficiently manage a rapid design‑to‑build workflow. Key Responsibilities Rapid Email Design & Build: Design and build visually stunning, mobile‑responsive emails with efficiency, ensuring a quick turnaround time of 24–48 hours for most tasks within the set due date. Team Collaboration: Actively interface and collaborate with Account Managers, Strategists, and other team members to ensure designs are on‑brand and align with client objectives. Workflow Management: Proactively manage tasks, assets, and communication using our core platforms, including the Notion workspace and Slack channels, to deliver the best possible service to the agency and its assigned clients. Quality & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all provided training guides, best practices, and established design/QA protocols. Communication & Availability Report to the Client (Agency management) via Slack during work days. Be available for necessary Zoom or Google Meets video calls to meet with the Client and team as needed. Work Schedule & Professional Development Availability: The role requires general availability during normal UK business hours (UTC +0 GMT): Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, excluding national holidays. Commitment to Growth: You are expected to make best efforts to continually develop the skill sets involved in this role. This includes dedicating at least 5–6 hours per week to further your education in the craft by reviewing educational resources and materials recommended by the Client. What We’re Looking For Fully fluent in English Proven experience as a graphic designer, specifically within email marketing or a performance marketing context Proficiency in modern design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) Exceptional self‑management skills to handle a high volume of quick‑turnaround projects Excellent communication skills and comfort utilizing Slack and Notion for daily operations A proactive mindset and a strong, dedicated commitment to continuous professional development Strong team player that enjoys working in a team Hungry to work with high‑quality brands and be part of a team that is known for delivering exceptional results Why Work With Us?
