Site Lead

Overview

Aggreko Site Lead role at a 13MW site on Samal Island, Samal, Central Luzon, Philippines. Lead a team that handles onsite production activities to ensure equipment availability, reliability, and performance in line with OEM recommendations, SSO and client load demands. Responsible for supervising, analyzing site load, and allocating daily tasks in conjunction with Maintenance Teams to support Operations Managers in driving continued performance improvement and operational efficiency.

• Ensure all QHSE, policies and procedures are followed on sites (LOTO, ESR, Lifting, Tool Calibration, spill prevention, Technician’s PPE, etc.). Ensure proper daily assignment of Production Team per monthly shift planning.
• Tight follow up on client load demands to meet expectations. Attend meetings with customer operations teams where required.
• Provide advance notification to Service Manager when availability will not satisfy customer demand. Monitor and act on site/asset alarms to support incident resolution.
• Ensure oil samples are analysed and proper actions taken by Maintenance Team. Perform first-line analysis on asset performance and implement appropriate actions.
• Collaborate with the site team to optimize asset availability, condition, performance, and manpower allocation. Maintain accurate production data.
• Ensure proper and optimal usage of site inventory.
• Maintain tidy site conditions with strong 5S and Optimised Project Operations Standards (OPOS). Ensure team induction and development (coached/trained).

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Electrical/Mechanical field.
• B2V and H2V authorization level.
• Experience in preventative maintenance and repairs, major engine servicing and repairs, Operations & Maintenance. Experience with engine controllers.
• Ability to use specialist tools and ensure tooling is calibrated per Aggreko standards and local legislation. Capable of working in restricted spaces and at heights up to 2.5 metres.
• Able to travel worldwide when required. Ability to work autonomously when required.
