Job Summary: The Procurement Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end procurement process for the categories of OB Packaging, OB Smallwares, Marketing, Membership, and Demo. This includes sourcing, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining cost-efficiency and quality standards aligned with company policies. Key Responsibilities: Review and process Supplies/Service Request Forms (SRFs) related to assigned categories. Coordinate and send out Request for Quotations (RFQ), Invitations to Bid (ITB), and Requests for Information (RFI) to accredited and potential suppliers. Evaluate and compare supplier quotations/proposals; prepare Supplier Comparative Reports (SCRs). Recommend and route procurement documents for approval by requestors and the Procurement Manager/Head. Identify, evaluate, and select qualified vendors and service providers within the categories. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and lead times; ensure cost savings and service quality. Review and execute supplier contracts and service agreements. Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and expedite orders as necessary to meet operational deadlines. Monitor Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Delivery Schedules to ensure timely and complete fulfillment. Validate that goods and services delivered meet quality standards and are in line with agreed specifications. Address and resolve any issues regarding delayed, incomplete, or substandard deliveries. Maintain and update the procurement tracker and category-specific databases. Prepare and present monthly procurement reports including performance, savings, and supplier evaluations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably within retail, marketing, or manufacturing industries Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and procurement procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills Experience in handling procurement for marketing collaterals, demo supplies, membership-related items, packaging materials, and smallwares Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
