SVIP Operator

Based in Vietnam (HCM). Hai Bà Trưng, phường Bến Nghé, Quận 1,Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

Responsibilities:
Responsible for building, expanding and maintaining good relationship with SVIP
- Coordinate and promote resolution of VIP customer issues;
- Responsible for understanding customer needs, analyzing related data. Periodically issue relevant research reports, collect feedback to improve service operation process continuously;
- Responsible for setting up and optimizing the VIP customer operating system, improving the customer's trust and satisfaction with the service system;
- Other related tasks assigned.

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience.,
- Bachelor's degree or higher. Preference will be given to candidates who graduated in English Language, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Psychology, etc.
- Chinese/English : Fluent - Priority: Candidates with working experience in the Internet industry. Candidates with knowledge and experience working in the Livestream industry are an advantage.
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under high pressure, sense of responsibility and initiative in work
