PAY: ₱18,000.00 - ₱22,000.00 per month LOCATION: Santiago, Isabela JOB OBJECTIVE This role is critical for achieving ground-level market saturation through strategic recruitment, with a secondary focus on supporting the activation and development of sales partners to ensure their success and productivity. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment & Network Expansion Proactively identify, source, and recruit potential agents and sales partners within the target territory. Execute end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, and support onboarding process. Develop and implement localized recruitment strategies to achieve rapid and thorough ground saturation. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet and exceed recruitment targets. Partner Activation & Development Assist in the activation process for new partners, ensuring they are equipped to begin operations successfully. Coordinate and facilitate initial training on products, sales techniques, and company processes. Provide ongoing support and development to partners during their initial phase to ensure productivity and retention. Network Management & Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all partner profiles and activities included in reports and documentation. Monitor partner activity and performance, identifying areas for development or intervention. Prepare and submit regular reports on recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and ground saturation progress to the BDO. Field Work & Market Intelligence Conduct frequent field visits to build strong relationships with partners and understand ground-level challenges. Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the BDO on competitor activities and new recruitment opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree: a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience in recruitment, field sales, or business development, preferably within a network marketing, sales or financial services sector experience preferred. Demonstrable experience with field work and direct interaction with agents or partners preferred. REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Strong Recruitment & Sourcing Skills: Ability to identify and attract talent effectively. Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Fluency in (e.g., English and local language) with the ability to build rapport quickly. Goal-Oriented & Persistent: Driven to meet recruitment targets and overcome challenges. Mobility: Must be willing and able to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Basic Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using MS Office. Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to address and resolve partner issues on the ground. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Resilient and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
