Location: Remote — Philippines-based applicants
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Contract: Six months, with the opportunity to extend based on performance and grow with the company
About the role
Naax Tech is looking for a creative, reliable junior AI video creator and editor to join our in-house content team remotely.
You’ll turn supplied English-language scripts and creative references into engaging videos using AI generation tools and video editing software. This is a hands-on production role for someone who enjoys visual storytelling, follows instructions carefully and wants to develop their skills with a growing team.
You don’t need to be an AI expert, but you should have basic editing skills, relevant work samples and a willingness to learn.
What you’ll do
- Produce one finished 4-7-minute video per working day , five days a week, following onboarding and training in our workflow.
- Follow supplied scripts, scene descriptions, character references and creative guidelines.
- Generate and refine AI images and video clips, maintaining visual consistency between scenes.
- Assemble footage, voiceovers, music and sound effects into polished videos.
- Check for visual glitches, audio problems, continuity errors and incorrect English.
- Make revisions based on feedback.
- Help assemble longer compilations from approved videos within the agreed production schedule.
- Keep project files, source assets and exports organised.
What we’re looking for
- Basic experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar editing software.
- Some familiarity with AI image or video tools, such as Google Flow/Veo, Kling, Runway or comparable platforms.
- Good English comprehension and written communication.
- The ability to follow a script and turn clear instructions into finished content.
- Attention to pacing, sound, visual consistency and small details.
- Reliability, clear communication and a positive approach to feedback.
- A suitable computer, dependable internet connection and availability for full-time remote work.
Experience creating animated, educational or family-friendly content is a bonus.
