Job Description

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Digital Media Implementer is responsible for the technical execution and day-to-day management of our paid media campaigns. This role supports Digital Media Planners by handling all executional aspects of campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, gathering performance data, and contributing to the reporting lifecycle.

Work Arrangement

  • Engagement Type: Independent Contractor; fixed-term contract with possibility of extension or renewal.
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid; 2-3 days onsite reporting in Makati City
  • Workdays: Monday to Friday
  • Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Philippine Time (PHT)
  • Tools & Platforms: Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Availability: Daily team check-ins and critical campaign launches; weekend work/overtime may be required during major campaigns.

Compensation Terms

  • The Digital Media Implementer shall be compensated at a monthly rate.
  • Payment processed per agreed billing cycle and invoicing guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, launch, and monitor paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Implement and verify tracking pixels and conversion events.
  • Perform daily campaign health checks: budget pacing, bid adjustments, asset performance, and KPI monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign setup, ad delivery, or tracking.
  • Collaborate with Digital Media Planners to align execution with the strategic plan.
  • Pull raw data and provide insights for weekly/monthly performance reports.

Expected Deliverables

  • Accurately launched campaigns based on media plans and timelines.
  • Daily performance logs and pacing updates.
  • Weekly reports detailing Spend, Impressions, Clicks, Conversions, ROAS (submission every Friday or per client requirements).
  • Confirmation of correct tracking pixel implementation for new campaigns.
  • Monthly client reports contributions due by the third working day of the following month.
  • Reports submitted in Google Sheets or PDF.

Reporting Structure

  • Reports to the Digital Media Planner responsible for their accounts.
  • Daily check-ins with the supervising Planner; participation in weekly team status meetings.
  • Slack for communication; Google Drive for file sharing and documentation.
  • Collaborate with planning, creative, and other internal stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Media Buyer, Ad Ops Specialist, or similar.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR) and optimization methods.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Agency or e-commerce/retail client experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.
