We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business analysis within a software development environment, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Analysis:
-Lead the strategic planning and analysis process to identify business needs and opportunities.
-Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business processes, goals, and challenges.
-Collaborate with senior management to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Requirement Gathering and Documentation:
-Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders, including interviews, workshops, and surveys.
-Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
-Ensure that requirements are clearly understood and agreed upon by all stakeholders.
Project Leadership:
-Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
-Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery.
Process Improvement:
-Analyze current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
-Design and implement future state processes that leverage new technologies and best practices.
-Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Stakeholder Management:
-Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team.
-Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status and changes.
-Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their needs are met throughout the project.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
-Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve defects and issues.
-Ensure that final deliverables are of high quality and meet user expectations.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business
-Administration, or a related field. A Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent is preferred.
-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within a software development environment.
-Proven experience leading and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and address complex business issues.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
-Proficiency in creating detailed and comprehensive documentation.
-Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a track record of successful project delivery.
-Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
-Experience with requirement management tools (e.g. Linear, Jira) and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).

Preferred Qualifications:
-Professional certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or project management (e.g., PMP).
-Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
-Experience with Enterprise level clients and projects
