GS Virtual is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to support a New York-based law firm on a fully remote basis. You will manage cases from intake through settlement or trial, working closely with attorneys and clients to keep every file organized and moving forward.
Responsibilities include drafting letters, preparing pleadings and discovery, filing via NYSCEF, and coordinating with insurers and medical providers. Strong English communication and attention to detail are essential.
