Position: Controllership Manager (ONLINE INTERVIEW) Company Industry: IT Company Work Location: Taguig City Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Salary: Negotiable Work Set Up: Work on Site JOB REQUIREMENTS: ✨ Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field; ✨ CPA or CMA certificate is an advantage ✨ At least 5 to 7 years of experience in general accounting or financial management ✨ Experience in Telecommunication Industry Accounting will be advantage ✨ Can start as soon as possible ✨ Willing to work in Taguig City JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ✨ Establish a rational organizational structure for the Finance Management Department and streamline workflows based on the project team’s business policies and financial requirements. ✨ Perform financial analysis and regularly report on the project team’s operational performance, financial income and expenses, and the progress of financial plans to support management decision-making. ✨ Oversee tax management by ensuring accurate tax accruals, timely filing and payments, conducting routine tax self-assessments, handling tax audits, and coordinating tax planning activities. ✨ Carry out additional critical tasks as assigned by senior leadership. ✨ Lead and develop the Finance Department in alignment with company standards and promote a unified, collaborative approach RECRUITMENT PROCESS: (ONLINE) ✨Initial Interview with the Department head ✨Final Interview ✨Job Offer
